The sixth family social hosted by the Mangalorean Association of Canada was held on May 10, 2008 at Christ the King Hall, Mississauga. It was an exceptional accomplishment with a fusion of activities, music and games for the young and old. To the pulsating music of Reggae, Hip Hop and the melodious strains of the waltz and jive, 300 people danced and celebrated a fantastic evening. The band and DJ, Casual Encounter led by the extremely talented Joyson DíSouza made the event memorable with their fantastic music and singing. The family social provided the guests an opportunity to mingle with family and friends and indulge in pure pleasure and a stress-free evening.
